You’re On Your Way to ‘Have Your Cake and Love It Too!’

Please thoroughly read the below terms and conditions before placing your order.



All of our products may contain or come in contact with eggs, dairy, nuts, soy, wheat, or other allergens. If you or someone consuming our cakes have any allergies, please be sure to specify in the order notes.



After your order is placed, changes are not guaranteed and must be confirmed by our team via call or text at 340-513-2330. Changes are to be requested AT LEAST ten (10) days (for specialty cakes) and three (3) days (for regular cakes) prior to date of order. These changes are not guaranteed.

We are closed on Sundays. If you desire to have a cake for an event occurring on a Sunday, please order for the latest available time on the Saturday prior. You will be required to collect your order on Saturday. There will be NO Sunday pickups or deliveries.

Any orders placed with a reference picture will be executed to the best of our ability. Cakes will NOT be an exact replica of reference pictures.



A 50% deposit is required to secure your order. If you place an order and choose “Offline Payment”, you are responsible for reaching out to our team to coordinate payment. Final payments must be made before or upon pickup or delivery. 


Pickup/Delivery Changes

Please select a pickup or delivery time that is best suited for you. If you have realized that the time you selected does not work for you, please communicate that to our team so that we can try our best to accommodate changes. A one-hour grace period is granted for pickup orders. There will be a late pickup fee of $10/per hour once the grace period has expired. Ex. If your pick-up time was 2 pm and you pick up at 5 pm, you will be charged $20. For delivery orders, location and time changes are to be requested at least four (4) hours prior and may incur charges. 



We understand that things may happen, in the event that you have to cancel your order, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellations done 48 hours in advance will receive a refund minus the cost of decorations specifically purchased to fulfill your order, if any. Cancellations done less than 48 hours will not receive a refund. However, your deposit can be applied to a future order once agreed upon by all parties. 


Release and Liability

Our goal is to exceed all expectations you have for us. Once cake has been delivered and set-up, we are not responsible for any damages that may occur to the cake. Refunds will not be made for any mishaps that occur outside of our care such as falls or faulty storage. Advice will be given on how to handle, store, and transport cakes safely. 



We reserve the right to take pictures of your orders before and after delivery for our own reference and advertisement. 


COVID-19 Regulations

In the event that your booking is deferred because of COVID-19 government regulations, Layered With Love will honor your order and we will do our utmost best to fulfill your order at a later date given the availability. We are a small business and therefore if your rescheduled date, time or venue reaches our capacity, then surcharges may be necessary in order for us to honor your order. 

In the event that government regulations have forced businesses such as this one to stop fulfilling orders due to COVID-19 and your event is still scheduled to occur, a full refund will be issued.
